SL Commercial Services is a Dallas/Fort Worth-based commercial property service provider for retail, restaurant, and financial institutions at the local and national level. We self-perform most of our trades and specialize in quick turnaround maintenance issues such as electrical services, ceiling tiles, drywall, painting, doors/entrances, and more. SL Commercial Services has emerged as the “go to” service provider for multi-location property/facility managers in the DFW.

The Founder

President Gerald Franks began his career in the real estate industry in 1988. Over time, he utilized his property management experience to cultivate a team that could service multiple properties. Today he leads SL Commercial Services, a fully fledged LLC that continues to exceed client expectations.
