SL Commercial Services is a Dallas-Fort Worth-based commercial property service provider for retail, restaurant, financial institutions, manufacturing facilities, and warehouses at the local and national level.

We self-perform most of our trades and specialize in quick turnaround maintenance issues such as electrical services, ceiling tiles, drywall, painting, doors, entrances, and more. SL Commercial Services has emerged as the go to service provider for multi-location property and facility managers in the DFW metroplex.

Our Founder

President Gerald Franks began his career in the real estate industry in 1988. Over time, he utilized his property management experience to cultivate a team that could service multiple properties with over 50 years’ combined experience. Today he leads SL Commercial Services and SL Plumbing Services, continually exceeding client expectations.
